Tier 2 Criminal Record Certificates

From 6th April 2017, those applying to come to the UK to work under certain Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) codes in Tier 2 of the points-based system will be required to produce a criminal record certificate from any country in which they have been resident for 12 months or more, consecutively or cumulatively, in the previous ten years. more
